Product features:

This product uses refined wet grinding and classification technology to control particles to micro-scale, achieving excellent transparency without compromising color fastness. It meets FDA 21 CFR Part 178.3297 and EU EC 1935/2004 food contact standards, with zero harmful heavy metals. Its excellent migration resistance prevents pigment bleeding in plastic products, and the pre-dispersed masterbatch-ready formulation simplifies the plastic processing process, reducing production time and costs for manufacturers.

Product specifications:

The average particle size is 0.05-0.2μm, iron oxide content ≥96%, pH value of 6.8-8.0, bulk density of 0.8-1.0 g/cm³, water soluble matter ≤0.2%, moisture content ≤0.3%, heat resistance up to 220℃, migration resistance grade 5, and compatible with PE, PP, PET and PS plastics. It can be packaged in 25kg/ food-grade paper drums or 500kg/ industrial pallets, suitable for large-scale food packaging plastic production lines.

Product application:

This pigment is suitable for food contact plastic packaging films, disposable food containers, baby feeding bottle plastic parts, kitchen utensil coatings, medical device plastic components and other food-safe coloring scenarios. It can be directly added to plastic masterbatch or mixed with resin particles during processing, providing uniform and bright yellow color while fully complying with global food safety certification requirements, avoiding potential health risks caused by harmful substances in pigments.
