Adopting ultrafine grinding and classified screening technology, this product controls the particle size between 1-3μm, with a fine touch, and can be evenly dispersed in cosmetic matrices without particle agglomeration or color spots. Its heavy metal content is far lower than global cosmetic safety standards, with lead content ≤10ppm, complying with FDA and EU cosmetic regulations. It has passed skin sensitivity tests, with heat resistance up to 180℃, and is compatible with most cosmetic processing technologies such as powder pressing, emulsification, and filling. It demonstrates excellent color stability over time, helping to provide consumers with a natural and long-lasting makeup color experience.

This pigment has an iron oxide content of no less than 99.5%, hue of 104R, and average particle size of 1-3μm. The pH value is 6.0 to 7.0, lead content ≤10ppm, arsenic content ≤2ppm, mercury content ≤1ppm, and microbial count ≤100 CFU/g. Its heat resistance temperature is 180℃, tinting strength ≥110%, with excellent dispersibility in both aqueous and oily matrices. It is packaged in 5kg sterile sealed boxes with food-grade PE inner liners, complying with FDA 21 CFR Part 73.2250 cosmetic pigment standards and EU EU 1223/2009 cosmetic regulations.
This product is applied in lipstick, lip gloss, blush, foundation, concealer, eyeshadow and other makeup products, as well as colored skincare creams, body lotion and other skincare products. Its target industries include cosmetic manufacturing, makeup brand businesses, and skincare processing enterprises. Typical use cases include coloring of high-end matte lipsticks, natural blush formulas, and colored moisturizing lotions formulated for sensitive skin.
