It is produced with dry ultra-fine grinding technology, with uniform particle size distribution and excellent dispersibility in floor materials, eliminating flocculation. Its wear resistance reaches 3.5mg/1000r, meeting industrial floor wear resistance standards, and it can withstand long-term rolling of heavy vehicles without fading. It has strong adhesion, tightly combining with epoxy resin and emery aggregate, preventing peeling and falling off. It meets ASTM G154 standard for weather resistance with no obvious fading after 3000 hours of artificial accelerated aging, fitting outdoor and semi-outdoor floor scenarios. It has a high cost-performance ratio, suitable for large-scale industrial floor coating projects.
It appears as medium red powder, with iron oxide content ≥98.0%, average particle size of 0.9-1.3μm, bulk density of 0.85-1.05g/cm³, oil absorption of 29-36g/100g, pH value of 7.0-8.8, wear resistance ≤3.6mg/1000r, adhesion strength ≥2.0MPa, and weather resistance showing no obvious color difference after 3000 hours of artificial accelerated aging testing. It is packaged in 50kg waterproof Kraft paper bags, and 1000kg big bag customization is available for large-scale project orders.
It is mainly used in epoxy floor paint, emery wear-resistant floor, sealed curing floor and other industrial floor coating scenarios, fitting factory production workshops, logistics warehouses, commercial parking lots, stadium floors and other projects. It can be used as a main coloring agent to provide uniform and stable red tones for floors, while improving the wear resistance and anti-aging performance of floors, extending the service life of industrial floors.
