The sizing agent optimizes the bonding force with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins, reducing resin infiltration defects. The ASTM D3774 standard certification ensures consistent product performance, the high-strength base material can improve the mechanical properties of composite components and extend the service life of products, adapting to a variety of molding processes such as hand lay-up and vacuum infusion.

The product has a width of 1100mm, roll length of 60m, thickness of 0.4mm, warp tensile strength of 500MPa and weft tensile strength of 450MPa, flexural strength of 400MPa, fiber diameter of 13μm, sizing agent content of 1.2%, compatible with a variety of thermosetting resins, complies with ASTM D3774 composite material testing standards, no harmful substances released.

It is suitable for yacht hull manufacturing, wind turbine blade reinforcement layers, automotive lightweight body components, sports equipment such as badminton rackets and skis, and glass fiber reinforced plastic reinforcement layers of industrial storage tanks. It can adjust the weave density and thickness according to customer needs, meeting the requirements of different composite material products.
