Detailed technical parameters are as follows: the base material is alkali-free E-glass fiber with twill weave; the surface coating is food-grade organic silicone (optional); thickness is 0.3±0.03mm; areal density is 280±15g/㎡; maximum continuous working temperature is 550℃, and short-term high temperature resistance can reach 800℃; tensile strength is 280MPa in warp direction and 250MPa in weft direction; flame resistance is UL94 V-0; width is 1200mm; roll length is 50m; complies with NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and ASTM C167 high-temperature material standards; packaged in waterproof woven bags for easy transportation and storage.
