This E-class fiberglass cloth is optimized for electronic scenarios, avoiding metal corrosion and leakage risks. Its plain weave structure ensures uniform insulation thickness and mechanical strength, with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss suitable for high-frequency electronic signal transmission. It is environmentally friendly and compliant with EU RoHS certification, making it ideal for non-food-contact electronic industrial scenarios, solving the pain points of traditional insulating materials such as insufficient strength and easy aging.

Available thickness ranges from 0.15mm to 0.5mm, with standard widths of 1020mm and 1220mm. Roll length can be customized according to customer needs, with a single roll net weight of 25kg. The tensile strength reaches 450MPa in the longitudinal direction and 420MPa in the transverse direction, with a temperature resistance range of -50°C to 130°C and a density of 2.2g/cm³. It features excellent tear and bending resistance, ensuring long-term reliable performance in electronic manufacturing processes.

It is mainly used as the base fabric for PCB copper-clad laminates, insulation coating for electronic components, reinforcement for lithium battery separator films, and insulation protection for communication base station radio frequency components. It is the mainstream choice of core insulating materials in consumer electronics, automotive electronics and industrial automation equipment.
