Made from high-modulus E-glass fiber rovings woven into a tight plain weave, this fabric has an ultra-high tensile strength of 2300-2700N/5cm, far exceeding that of standard fiberglass cloth. It has excellent compatibility with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins, allowing complete impregnation to form high-strength composite materials. The surface is treated with wax sizing to improve the bonding strength with resin, and it is waterproof and corrosion-resistant, suitable for outdoor use with a service life of more than 10 years. Compared with traditional steel structural materials, it is significantly lighter and will not rust, reducing the overall weight of composite products.

Available thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 1.0mm, with standard widths of 1000mm, 1220mm, and 1500mm, and roll lengths of 30m or 50m per unit. The yarn diameter is 12μm, with polyurethane sizing agent. It complies with ASTM D3776 standard, with longitudinal tensile strength of 2300-2700N/5cm and transverse tensile strength of 2000-2400N/5cm. It is suitable for hand lay-up molding, vacuum infusion molding, and other composite material processing technologies. Each roll is palletized and shrink-wrapped for safe transportation and storage.

This product is widely used in wind turbine blade reinforcement layers, automotive FRP parts, yacht hull manufacturing, industrial pipe anti-corrosion liners, and aerospace structural parts. It is also used in construction FRP panels, chemical storage tank reinforcement layers, and other industrial composite product manufacturing scenarios.
