Made from high-modulus S-glass fiber yarns, this fabric is woven into a ultra-thin structure with a thickness of only 0.08-0.15mm, offering excellent flexibility that can be bent to a 5mm radius without cracking. It has excellent insulation performance with a dielectric strength of 10kV/mm, effectively isolating current interference between electronic components. Compared with traditional polyester film insulation materials, it has higher high-temperature resistance and better flame resistance, meeting UL 94 V-0 fire rating to ensure safety in electronic equipment applications.

Available thickness ranges from 0.08mm to 0.15mm, with standard widths of 500mm, 600mm, and 900mm, and roll lengths of 100m or 200m per unit. The dielectric constant is 4.2±0.2, with a loss factor of 0.015. The longitudinal tensile strength is 600-800N/5cm, and the transverse tensile strength is 500-700N/5cm. It uses halogen-free and environmentally friendly materials, compliant with IPC-A-610 electronic assembly standards and RoHS environmental protection regulations. Each roll is packaged in moisture-proof plastic bags to prevent moisture damage during transportation.

This ultra-thin fiberglass cloth is widely used in flexible circuit board insulation layers, 5G base station electromagnetic shielding films, lithium battery tab insulation sleeves, wearable device protective layers, and internal insulation barriers for electronic equipment. It is also suitable for flexible display panels and foldable electronic device protection layers.
