Detailed technical parameters are as follows: the base material is alkali-free E-glass fiber with multi-axial twill weave; areal density is 350±15g/㎡; thickness is 0.4±0.03mm; tensile strength is 400MPa in warp direction and 380MPa in weft direction; flexural strength is 350MPa; resin impregnation time is ≤30 seconds; width is 1200mm; roll length is 50m; complies with ASTM D578 fiberglass composite material standards and ISO 14126 composite material mechanical performance standards; packaged with waterproof plastic film; width and length can be customized according to customer requirements.

It is mainly used for wind turbine blade main beams, yacht hulls, composite pipes, automotive lightweight components, aerospace composite components and other scenarios. It is suitable for the composite material molding industry, and is compatible with various wet molding processes such as vacuum-assisted resin infusion, hand lay-up and spray molding. It is one of the key raw materials for the production of large composite products.
