Made from imported E-glass fiber yarns woven into a tight plain weave, this fabric is coated with food-grade silicone resin to boost its waterproof and oil-resistant properties. With a maximum service temperature of 1000°F (538°C), it outperforms standard fiberglass cloth by a wide margin, meeting UL 94 V-0 fire rating to avoid releasing toxic fumes when exposed to high heat. Its high tensile strength of 1100-1500N/5cm ensures resistance to tearing and repeated use, making it a more eco-friendly and safe alternative to traditional asbestos insulation materials. It can be customized in width and length to fit various industrial application scenarios.

Available thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, with standard widths of 1000mm, 1220mm, and 1500mm, and custom lengths per roll (50m, 100m, or tailored as requested). The areal weight ranges from 200g/㎡ to 400g/㎡, with longitudinal tensile strength of 1100-1500N/5cm and transverse tensile strength of 900-1300N/5cm. It complies with NFPA 70E safety standards for high-voltage electrical protection, with a silicone coating thickness of 0.05mm. Each roll is packaged on a cardboard core and palletized for safe transportation and storage.
