The unidirectional fiber layout design maximizes the axial tensile performance, meeting the lightweight and high-strength composite material requirements. The epoxy prepreg coating ensures good bonding between the fiber and the matrix resin, reducing interface defects. The tensile strength of 1200MPa is much higher than that of ordinary E-class fiberglass cloth, and the elastic modulus of 70GPa can effectively disperse stress. It has a maximum working temperature of 180°C, adapting to high-temperature curing composite material forming processes. It complies with ASTM D3171 industry standards and releases no harmful substances, making it suitable for high-end industrial composite material manufacturing.

The unidirectional cloth has a width of 1200mm, a thickness of 0.4mm (after prepreg), a fiber content of 70% and a resin content of 30%. The roll length is 100m per roll, with a single roll net weight of 50kg. The longitudinal tensile strength is 1200MPa and the transverse strength is 150MPa, with an elastic modulus of 70GPa. It adapts to a variety of matrix resins such as epoxy resin and polyester resin, and the resin content can be adjusted according to customer needs.

It is used for wind turbine blade main beam reinforcement, aerospace structural component lightweight manufacturing, sports carbon fiber racket reinforcement, automotive anti-collision beam composite material preparation, and high-pressure vessel cylinder reinforcement. It is the core reinforcement material in the high-end composite material field.
