The core highlight is the dual material flow channel design, which can realize synchronous co-extrusion of two composite materials. The surface layer is made of wear-resistant plastic material, and the inner layer is made of biomass composite material, balancing aesthetics and practicality. It adopts H13 steel and 304 stainless steel composite structure, improving the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the mold. Different from ordinary co-extrusion molds, its flow channel is designed symmetrically to ensure the same extrusion speed of the two materials, avoiding delamination or warping of the panel. The dual water cooling system can separately control the mold temperature of the surface layer and the inner layer, improving the forming quality of the panel, with a service life of more than 90,000 strokes and passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The die material is H13 hot work mold steel and 304 stainless steel composite structure, with Rockwell hardness of 50-53 HRC. The surface layer cavity is treated with nitriding, and the inner layer cavity is treated with mirror polishing, with machining accuracy of ±0.02mm. It is suitable for 1000-1500 ton co-extrusion extruders, the normal extrusion speed is 10-20 meters per minute, the weight of a single set of molds is 1800-2200 kg, the producible panel width ranges from 300-1200mm, the panel thickness ranges from 5-30mm, equipped with dual independent water cooling systems, each water channel has a diameter of 12mm and a spacing of 18mm, compatible with a variety of biomass composite raw materials such as PVC + wood powder and PP + bamboo fiber, passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, with replaceable cavity inserts to support customized production of various panel sections.
It is mainly used in environmental protection decorative panel production enterprises, outdoor furniture manufacturers and building decoration industry, used to produce outdoor composite flooring, wall decorative hanging plates, balcony guardrail plates, furniture cabinet plates and other products. It can be matched with co-extrusion production lines of well-known brands such as Battenfeld and KraussMaffei, and can customize exclusive molds according to the customer's panel section and material ratio, helping enterprises improve the production efficiency and product appearance quality of composite panels, meeting the relevant standards of domestic environmental protection building materials.
