The built-in water cooling system can quickly take away the heat generated during extrusion, extending the service life of the mold to more than 80,000 strokes. Different from ordinary copper bar molds, its cavity is designed with progressive flow channels, reducing the flow resistance of copper melt and improving the forming accuracy of the copper bar. It can customize exclusive cavities according to the customer's copper bar section size, supporting the production of various special-shaped copper bars such as flat busbars and angled busbars.
The die material is W6 high speed tool steel, with Rockwell hardness of 62-65 HRC, the cavity machining accuracy is ±0.03mm, the surface is chrome-plated with a thickness of 0.01-0.02mm, suitable for 600-1000 ton horizontal extrusion presses, the normal extrusion speed is 8-18 meters per minute, the weight of a single set of molds is 800-1200 kg, the producible copper bar size ranges from 10*2mm to 100*10mm, the built-in cooling water channel has a diameter of 10mm and a spacing of 20mm, compatible with T2, T3 pure copper raw materials, passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, with spliced design for easy replacement of vulnerable cavity inserts.
