The hard chrome plating surface treatment improves the corrosion resistance and demolding performance of the mold, reducing surface scratches on fasteners. The cavity is processed by wire cutting precision machining to ensure ±0.005mm dimensional accuracy, and the produced fasteners have strong interchangeability. The high-speed discharge design can achieve 60 extrusions per minute, improving production efficiency by 25% compared with traditional molds.
