The die material is S7 cold work tool steel, with Rockwell hardness of 50-54 HRC, the cavity milling machining accuracy is ±0.005mm, the surface is coated with DLC diamond-like coating with a thickness of 2-3μm, suitable for 300-600 ton precision horizontal extrusion presses, the normal extrusion speed is 5-12 meters per minute, the weight of a single set of molds is 300-500 kg, the extruded profile width ranges from 10-80mm, the fin thickness ranges from 0.3-3.0mm, the fin spacing ranges from 1.5-5.0mm, equipped with external auxiliary cooling device with compressed air, compatible with 1050, 1060 pure aluminum and 6063 aluminum alloys, passed the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management certification.
It is mainly used in consumer electronics heat dissipation component manufacturers and automotive electronic supply chain factories, used to produce CPU heat sinks, laptop heat dissipation plates, LED indoor and outdoor lamp heat dissipation substrates, new energy vehicle power battery heat dissipation modules and other products.
