The die adopts TC4 titanium alloy as the core material, which has excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for extreme extrusion conditions of titanium materials. The integrated water cooling circuit ensures stable die temperature during long-time production, reducing deformation caused by thermal expansion. The customizable cavity number can match different production scale demands, and the ±0.02mm extrusion precision ensures the dimensional consistency of finished profiles. It has passed AS9100D and ISO 13485 certifications, fully complying with aerospace industry quality standards, and the sealed maintenance design reduces daily maintenance time and costs.

The overall dimensions of the die are 420mm in length, 280mm in width and 160mm in height, with a single unit weight of 12.8kg. It uses TC4 titanium alloy as the main material, with a designed service life of more than 15000 extrusion cycles. The preheating temperature range is 350-550℃, matching the heating requirements of titanium alloy materials. The ISO 702 standard flange interface is compatible with most mainstream aerospace-grade extruder equipment. The die is equipped with a built-in water cooling circuit with a flow rate of 8-12L/min, which can quickly control the die temperature within a stable range. The multi-cavity customization option supports 1 to 4 extrusion cavities at one time, and the surface has been polished to Ra≤0.8μm to ensure smooth material extrusion.
This extrusion die is mainly applicable to aerospace manufacturing industry, including the extrusion production of titanium alloy profiles for aeroengine blades, satellite structural components, aviation fasteners and other high-end aerospace parts. It can also be used for the forming processing of titanium alloy components in military industrial equipment and high-end medical implant manufacturing, meeting the strict precision and quality requirements of high-end manufacturing fields.
