This mold adopts SKH51 high-speed steel, which is treated by vacuum heat treatment to reach a hardness of HV1300±50, and matched with TiN PVD coating, greatly improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the mold, extending the service life to more than 120,000 cycles. The multi-channel built-in water cooling system can accurately control the mold temperature, ensuring that the error of battery case wall thickness is ≤±0.02mm. The cavity is processed by five-axis CNC machining to ensure ±0.008mm dimensional accuracy, and the produced battery cases have no surface scratches and strong dimensional consistency. It meets the quality certification requirements of ISO9001 and IATF16949, adapting to the high-standard production requirements of the new energy industry.
