The die adopts 4140 hardened steel as the base material, with a ceramic coating on the surface to reduce fiber wear and improve the surface quality of composite profiles. The integrated electric heating zones can accurately control the temperature of each section of the die, ensuring the melting and flowing uniformity of composite materials. The ±0.02mm extrusion precision ensures the dimensional consistency of composite profiles, and the ceramic coating also has excellent corrosion resistance, adapting to the corrosive processing environment of composite materials. It has passed ISO 13485 and AS9100D certifications, complying with the quality standards of aerospace and medical composite material processing, and the customizable cavity number meets the production needs of different composite profiles.

The overall dimensions of the die are 400mm in length, 260mm in width and 150mm in height, with a single unit weight of 11.3kg. It is suitable for processing GF/CF reinforced thermoplastics, pure PEEK and PEKK materials, with a preheating temperature range of 300-450℃ matching the processing temperature of composite materials. The customizable extruder adapter is compatible with most mainstream composite material extrusion production lines. The service life of the die is more than 10000 extrusion cycles under normal use, and the integrated electric heating zones can realize accurate temperature control within ±5℃.
This extrusion die is mainly applicable to aerospace, automotive new energy and medical industries, including the extrusion production of lightweight composite profiles for aero engines, new energy vehicle battery shells, sports equipment composite rods, medical rehabilitation equipment composite components and other high-performance composite products. It can also be used for the production of 3D printing composite raw materials, meeting the high-performance processing needs of advanced manufacturing fields.
