The customizable discharge port shape can meet the personalized production needs of different building decoration projects, and it is compatible with most medium and large tonnage aluminum extruders, improving production efficiency.

Total mold weight ranges from 12 to 18 kg based on customized size, standard mold base size is 400*500mm with optional custom dimensions. The billet compression ratio is 20-40:1, extrusion speed ranges from 3 to 8 m/min. It is equipped with a built-in water cooling channel to stabilize the working temperature, and the quick-change clamping design reduces mold replacement time. The overall structure adopts an integrated cavity design to avoid material leakage during extrusion.
