The nitriding treatment improves the anti-sticking performance and wear resistance of the mold, extending the service life to more than 70,000 cycles. The cavity is processed by five-axis CNC machining to ensure ±0.03mm dimensional accuracy, and the produced copper busbars have high flatness and small dimensional error, suitable for the production of copper accessories for power equipment and electronic components.
