At the same time, it has optimized the rounded and chamfered details of door and window profiles, avoiding scratches or deformation on the profile surface, and solving the pain point of low pass rate of profiles produced by traditional molds.

Detailed parameters: the die material is H13 electroslag remelting hot work mold steel, with Rockwell hardness of 48-52 HRC, cavity machining accuracy of ±0.02mm, the surface is treated with nitriding with a thickness of 0.015-0.02mm plus a 0.005mm Teflon coating, suitable for 800-1200 ton horizontal extrusion presses, the normal extrusion speed is 15-25 meters per minute, the weight of a single set of molds is 1200-1500 kg, the width of extruded profiles ranges from 50-300 mm, the wall thickness ranges from 1.2-5.0 mm, the built-in cooling water channel has a diameter of 8mm and a spacing of 15mm, passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, and can be adapted to common building aluminum alloys such as 6061 and 6063.
