It adopts a PLC automatic control system that supports presetting parameters such as speed and time, enabling automatic sample preparation with reduced manual attendance. A built-in circulating water cooling system helps keep the grinding disc temperature below 40 ℃ during long‑time operation, which helps reduce sample deformation caused by overheating. The pneumatic automatic chuck can quickly hold samples of various sizes, offering stable clamping with good precision and consistency. The machine is constructed with stainless steel and cast iron, providing good corrosion resistance and long service life, and is compatible with most common large‑size metallographic consumables available on the market.

The diameter of each grinding disc is 250mm, the speed adjustment range is 100-2000rpm stepless speed change, the total input power is 1.5kW, the power supply specification is AC220V 50/60Hz, the net weight of the whole machine is 85kg, the body dimensions are 1200×750×1000mm, it is equipped with 2 independent grinding and polishing heads, adopts PLC automatic control with touch screen human-computer interaction interface, adapts to cylindrical samples with maximum Φ100mm and square samples with 100×100mm, the noise level is ≤62dB, passed CE and ISO9001 safety certification, built-in 10L circulating water cooling tank, compatible with 230mm diameter polishing cloths, diamond spray abrasives and other consumables, pneumatic clamping pressure adjustable from 0.2-0.6MPa.
