It adopts a fully automatic operation mode that can complete the whole process of sample clamping, rough grinding, fine polishing and cleaning with little manual intervention, helping to reduce labor costs significantly compared with manual operation. The AI intelligent process database includes more than 100 material preparation schemes, which can automatically match appropriate speed, pressure and coolant flow for different material samples, supporting stable and high-quality sample preparation. The automatic consumable replacement system can change grinding discs and polishing cloths automatically, enabling long-time unattended sample preparation. The integrated dust removal and waste liquid treatment system provides a comprehensive environmental protection solution, which can meet the requirements of high-end laboratories. In addition, the machine supports data storage and traceability, recording the whole sample preparation process for later analysis and review.

The machine is equipped with two 203mm standard grinding and polishing discs, which are divided into silicon carbide rough grinding disc and flocked fine polishing disc respectively, meeting the needs of different stages of sample preparation. Each disc is equipped with a 1.5kW independent motor, providing stable power output. The speed adjustment range is 50-2500rpm, which can meet the preparation needs of most high-end metal materials. The automatic feeding device can adjust the pressing force from 0 to 50N, adapting to different sample thicknesses and materials. The automatic consumable replacement system supports storing 10 sets of consumables, and can automatically replace them according to the process requirements. The integrated negative pressure dust collection system has an air volume of 200m³/h, which can efficiently collect polishing dust and waste liquid, and the 10L waste liquid treatment device can treat the waste liquid automatically. The machine is equipped with an AI intelligent control touch screen, which can realize full-automatic operation and process storage. The net weight is 125kg, and the compact size is convenient for placing in a large laboratory space.
