The corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy shell resists salt spray and acid corrosion, extending the service life in coastal and chemical plant environments. The natural oil immersion cooling system ensures stable performance during long-time testing without additional cooling equipment. It is equipped with a dedicated explosion-proof junction box, which can safely connect the power supply and test lines in flammable and explosive environments. The built-in overpressure protection device can automatically release excess gas in the oil tank to ensure the safety of the shell during testing. It is also equipped with a rain-proof and dust-proof cover, which can be used directly in outdoor open-air test sites.

This transformer has a rated output voltage of 75kV and a rated capacity of 8kVA, suitable for high-voltage testing in flammable and explosive environments. It adopts natural oil immersion cooling mode, which ensures stable heat dissipation during 4-hour continuous testing. The insulation class reaches Class F, allowing a maximum operating temperature of 155℃. The net weight is 220kg, and it can be lifted by a standard forklift for transportation. The built-in insulating oil volume is 15L, which can meet the needs of 100 consecutive tests.
