The product uses refined mineral insulating oil with a dielectric strength of more than 50kV/2.5mm, ensuring long-term stable operation under heavy load. The sealed oil tank adopts a welded structural design to prevent oil leakage and external moisture intrusion. Built-in oil temperature alarm and overheating protection devices can automatically cut off the power when the oil temperature exceeds the standard, effectively protecting the service life of the equipment. The output voltage accuracy reaches ±1%, providing highly accurate test data for professional power testing.
The transformer supports 380V three-phase input and 50kV high-voltage output, with a rated capacity of 50kVA. The winding uses oxygen-free copper wire with multi-layer insulation treatment. The oil tank is made of 2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet with electrostatic spraying surface treatment. The overall dimensions are 1200mm in length, 800mm in width and 1500mm in height, with a total weight of 450kg. It is equipped with two sets of high-voltage output interfaces, and the control box is equipped with a digital voltage and current display screen.
This test transformer is suitable for factory testing of medium-voltage transformers, withstand voltage test of 35kV power cables, maintenance testing of urban substations, quality inspection of high-voltage switchgear, and power testing of wind power booster stations.
