The product adopts an explosion-proof sealed oil tank design, which meets the Ex d IIB T4 explosion-proof standard, effectively preventing the volatilization and leakage of insulating oil and avoiding the risk of explosion in explosive gas environments. The control box and wiring interfaces adopt explosion-proof structural design, and built-in explosion-proof temperature sensors and overcurrent protection devices. The insulating oil uses flame-retardant mineral oil, which reduces the risk of fire in hazardous environments.

The transformer has an explosion-proof grade of Ex d IIB T4 and a protection grade of IP65, which can adapt to harsh environmental conditions such as dust and water spray in hazardous places. The oil tank is made of stainless steel welded structure, and the winding uses high-conductivity copper wire with explosion-proof insulation treatment. The overall dimensions are 1300mm in length, 900mm in width and 1600mm in height, with a total weight of 650kg. The operating temperature range is -20℃ to 60℃, and the humidity is ≤95% without condensation.

This test transformer is suitable for power equipment testing in petrochemical enterprises, coal mine underground power system testing, distribution equipment testing in gas stations, power testing of offshore oil platforms, and high-voltage testing in flammable and explosive production workshops.
