The product adopts a water-cooled heat dissipation system, which can meet the requirements of long-term continuous high-power testing. It uses high-magnetic-permeability silicon steel sheets, which reduces operating noise and no-load loss. It is equipped with a high-precision voltage regulating device, with an output voltage error of less than ±1%. It is equipped with an embedded remote monitoring system, which can collect and display oil temperature, voltage and current data in real time, and support data storage and export. The oil tank adopts a high-strength explosion-proof design, which can effectively avoid safety accidents during the testing process.

It adopts 380V three-phase 50Hz input voltage, with rated output voltage of 200kV and rated output current of 0.5A. The no-load current is less than 0.2%, and the short-circuit impedance error is less than ±1.5%. The insulation strength is greater than 220kV/min, and the water cooling system flow rate is greater than 10L/min. It complies with IEEE 1584 standard, with a pressure protection device to ensure the safety of the water cooling system. The overall dimensions have a tolerance of ±5%, and the net weight meets the relevant national safety standards.

It is suitable for withstand voltage tests of large generators in power plants, batch testing of GIS combined electrical appliances, withstand voltage tests of high-voltage cross-linked cables, finished product testing of large power transformers, and testing of high-voltage electrical equipment in large power grids.
