The product adopts a modular cascade design, and each stage is an independent oil-immersed test transformer, which is convenient for transportation and maintenance. The output voltage waveform distortion rate is less than 0.5%, ensuring the accuracy of test data. Built-in multi-level protection devices including overcurrent, overvoltage, oil temperature and short-circuit protection, and the control system uses PLC programmable logic controller to realize real-time monitoring and automatic control of test parameters.

The transformer consists of two 50kV single-stage test transformers, with a total output voltage of 100kV and a total capacity of 100kVA. Each stage uses high-purity oxygen-free copper windings, and the oil tank is made of 3mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet with electrostatic spraying surface treatment. The total weight is 1800kg, and each unit is equipped with lifting lugs for hoisting. The control box is equipped with a touch screen man-machine interaction interface, which can display voltage, current, oil temperature and other parameters in real time.

This test transformer is suitable for withstand voltage test of ultra-high voltage transformers, testing of GIS equipment, factory inspection of high-voltage switchgear, power testing of nuclear power plant equipment, and scientific research testing of electrical engineering research institutes.
