This product has two core advantages: first, it combines optical vision measurement and laser height measurement, which can realize the simultaneous detection of plane size and height size of workpieces with steps, meeting the detection needs of complex precision parts. Second, the high-precision laser measurement module has a repeat positioning accuracy of less than 1μm, ensuring the accuracy of height measurement. In addition, it supports 3D profile comparison, which can compare the measured height data with the CAD model, and quickly judge whether the workpiece meets the design requirements. It also has a humanized operating system, which can realize fully automatic measurement with one key, reducing the operating threshold of operators.

The overall dimensions are 1000mm (length) × 800mm (width) × 1500mm (height), with a net weight of approximately 450kg. It is equipped with a 16MP high-resolution CMOS camera and dual telecentric lens, with a field of view of 150×100mm, and a Z-axis stroke of 50mm. The measurement accuracy of plane size is ±(1.5+L/200)μm, and the height measurement repeat positioning accuracy is <1μm. The single-piece measurement speed is 0.8-1.5 seconds. It is equipped with a laser height measurement module, which can accurately detect the height of workpiece steps. The built-in software supports 3D profile comparison, CAD file import and export, GD&T geometric tolerance evaluation, and can generate standard quality inspection reports. It is suitable for use in an environment with a temperature of 20±2℃ and humidity of 40%-60%.
