The built-in batch detection template in the BasicMeasure software allows one-click inspection of standard parts, greatly improving inspection efficiency. The main unit weight is 120kg, powered by AC100-240V 50/60Hz. The lighting brightness can be adjusted from 0 to 100% to adapt to different workpiece surface properties. The manual joystick has a stroke of 300mm in X-axis and 200mm in Y-axis, with 0.01mm positioning resolution. The 5MP industrial CMOS lens provides a field of view of 200mm×150mm, meeting the detection needs of most small and medium-sized parts.
