The instrument is equipped with a large-area shadowless LED array light source, which can provide uniform lighting for large-size workpieces, ensuring consistent image quality of the entire measurement area. The dual-mode control system supports manual adjustment for small-batch inspection and electric control for large-batch inspection, meeting the needs of different production scenarios. The ProfessionalMeasure software supports splicing measurement of multiple visual fields, adapting to the inspection needs of ultra-large workpieces that exceed a single field of view. It solves the problem of incomplete detection of large workpieces by traditional small-stroke measuring instruments.

The main unit weight is 650kg, powered by AC100-240V 50/60Hz. The electric stage has a travel of 800mm in X-axis, 600mm in Y-axis and 300mm in Z-axis, with 0.005mm positioning resolution. The 12MP industrial CMOS lens has a maximum field of view of 600mm×450mm, and can splice up to 4 visual fields to meet the measurement needs of ultra-large workpieces. The software supports 3D point cloud reconstruction, which can realize the overall contour detection of large workpieces. The interfaces support external large-screen display and data transmission to the production management system.

It can complete the full-size detection of a large workpiece in one go, reducing the time of multiple clamping and measurement of traditional measuring tools, and improving the inspection efficiency of large workpieces by more than 10 times.
