This product features non-contact rapid measurement, which can complete the detection of multiple dimensional parameters such as hole position, outer diameter, and complex profile of small parts within 1 second without damaging the surface of the workpiece. It is equipped with a 12MP high-definition industrial lens and automatic edge recognition algorithm, which can accurately identify complex contour features without manual alignment. The aluminum alloy shell has good anti-collision and heat dissipation performance, suitable for harsh workshop environments. It supports one-key export of standard detection reports, and can connect to production line management systems through multiple interfaces, realizing fully automated quality control data docking.

The measuring range covers 200mm in length, 150mm in width and 80mm in height, with measurement accuracy up to ±(3+L/200) μm, meeting the detection needs of most small precision parts. The 10.1-inch IPS touch screen supports multi-language operating systems including Chinese and English, and the built-in measurement software can automatically generate standard inspection reports suitable for ISO and ANSI standards. The whole machine weighs only 12kg, which is convenient for mobile handling by a single person. It supports both AC power supply for fixed use and portable lithium battery power supply for outdoor mobile detection, with a battery life of up to 8 hours. The device is equipped with multiple high-speed data interfaces, which can realize fast data transmission and external display of measurement results.
Mainly applicable to the quality inspection of small precision parts in hardware manufacturing, electronic accessory processing, mold processing, medical device parts and other industries. It can be used for on-site detection in production workshops, mobile inspection of incoming materials in warehousing links, and rapid sampling inspection in quality control rooms. It is also suitable for mobile detection services provided by third-party quality inspection institutions, solving the problem that traditional measuring instruments cannot be used for on-site rapid detection of scattered parts. Additionally, it can be used for reverse engineering of small parts to quickly obtain dimensional data for design improvement.
