The 18MP autofocus industrial lens can clearly capture the surface contour details of the workpiece, the laser displacement sensor can realize non-contact height measurement, and the ruby contact probe can accurately measure the inner hole and step dimensions that cannot be measured by optical methods. The multi-sensor comprehensive measurement software supports automatic switching of measurement modes and integrated data processing, greatly improving the detection efficiency of complex parts.

The measuring range is 400mm in length, 300mm in width and 120mm in height, with measurement accuracy up to ±(2+L/160) μm, meeting the high-precision detection needs of most complex parts. The equipment is equipped with three measurement sensors, which can complete multiple dimensional detections of the workpiece in one clamping. The 13.3-inch IPS touch screen supports multi-language operating systems, and the built-in multi-sensor measurement software supports comprehensive dimensional tolerance evaluation and comprehensive inspection report generation. The whole machine is made of aluminum alloy and steel frame, which has good stability and anti-collision performance, and is suitable for fixed placement in professional quality inspection rooms.
