Adopting non-contact optical flash measurement technology, it eliminates the need for tedious fixture positioning, and only needs to place the workpiece to complete one-click measurement, solving the pain points of low efficiency and easy workpiece damage of traditional contact measurement. Equipped with a 5MP high-definition fixed focus lens and dual light source system, it can clearly capture the edge contour of the workpiece, adapting to workpiece materials with different reflectivity. The manual XY axis movement design balances operational flexibility and cost control, and the basic measurement software supports one-click generation of inspection reports, compatible with CAD file import and export. It is suitable for small-batch rapid quality inspection scenarios, reducing the quality control equipment investment cost of enterprises.

The measuring stroke is 300mm (X-axis) × 200mm (Y-axis) × 150mm (Z-axis), with a measuring accuracy of ±0.005mm. The overall dimensions of the whole machine are 800mm in length × 600mm in width × 1200mm in height, and the total weight is 85kg. It adopts AC100-240V 50/60Hz universal power supply, with a protection grade of IP20. It is equipped with a USB3.0 data interface for data transmission and software upgrade. The supporting basic version measurement software supports core functions such as dimensional measurement, geometric tolerance analysis and batch data statistics, and is compatible with Windows 10 and above operating systems.
It is suitable for rapid quality inspection of small parts such as small hardware fasteners, plastic injection parts, electronic connectors and precision watch accessories.
