The 20MP telephoto lens with automatic focusing can realize clear imaging of different heights of the workpiece, and the built-in anti-vibration marble platform ensures long-term stable measurement accuracy. The professional 2D measurement software supports automatic batch measurement, contour fitting, and geometric dimension tolerance evaluation, and can generate comprehensive inspection reports. It has a humanized operating interface, which can be quickly mastered by general operators after short-term training, reducing the professional threshold of traditional measuring instruments.

The measuring range is 600mm in length, 400mm in width and 150mm in Z-axis height, with measurement accuracy up to ±(2+L/150) μm, meeting the high-precision detection requirements of most medium-sized precision parts. The whole machine is equipped with a 15.6-inch IPS touch screen, and the built-in measurement software supports multiple international standard measurement systems. The anti-vibration marble platform has good stability, and the whole machine weight is 85kg, suitable for fixed placement in professional quality inspection rooms. The equipment supports remote data transmission through Gigabit Ethernet, and can be connected to enterprise-level quality management systems for batch data statistics.
