The IP54 protection rating can adapt to the dusty and vibrating environment of the production workshop, ensuring stable operation of the equipment for a long time.

The measuring range is 300mm in length, 200mm in width and 100mm in height, with measurement accuracy up to ±(2.5+L/180) μm, meeting the online detection needs of most small and medium-sized mass-produced parts. The equipment supports automatic conveyor belt feeding, and can be equipped with customized feeding jigs according to the shape of the workpiece. The PLC control system supports simple parameter setting and fault self-diagnosis, and the qualified/unqualified product sorting function can automatically separate unqualified products into the recycling bin. The whole machine is equipped with a heat dissipation system, which can ensure stable operation in the high-temperature environment of the production workshop.
