The main unit weight is 280kg, powered by AC100-240V 50/60Hz. The electric stage movement speed can be adjusted from 10mm/s to 100mm/s to balance detection efficiency and stability. The 8MP industrial CMOS lens has a maximum resolution of 3264×2448, providing clear image details for micro size detection. The software supports real-time data collection and analysis, and can generate detailed inspection reports, which is convenient for production quality management. The optional automatic loading and unloading platform can realize unmanned mass inspection, meeting the needs of large-batch production lines.
