The magnetic coupling sealing technology completely avoids material leakage caused by traditional mechanical seals, adapting to high-pressure closed environments. The 6mm thick high borosilicate 3.3 glass can withstand a maximum internal pressure of 5MPa. The PID temperature control system achieves a temperature control accuracy of ±0.3℃, adapting to high-precision experimental needs. The cavity adopts an integrated molding process without welding seams, improving pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The built-in pressure relief valve automatically releases pressure when the cavity pressure exceeds the set value to ensure experimental safety.
The overall dimensions are 250mm×220mm×450mm, with a total weight of 15kg. The inner diameter of the reactor cavity is 80mm, and the height is 100mm. The magnetic coupling stirrer has a maximum torque of 5N·m, with a speed range of 0~1500rpm. The pressure detection accuracy is ±0.01MPa, and the cavity pressure can be displayed in real time. The power interface complies with UL certification standards, adapting to global mainstream voltages.
It is suitable for high-pressure polymerization experiments of polymer materials, supercritical fluid extraction, and high-pressure drug synthesis in the biomedical field. It can be used in chemical reactions such as catalytic hydrogenation and coordination synthesis that require high-pressure environments, especially for scientific research scenarios that require visual observation of high-pressure reaction status, helping researchers obtain accurate experimental data.
