The key differentiator of this reactor is its 10 MPa maximum pressure rating and 350℃ high-temperature tolerance, making it suitable for high-pressure hydrogenation, polymerization, and supercritical fluid reactions. Made of 316L stainless steel with 6mm wall thickness, it resists corrosion from strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, avoiding sample contamination. The double mechanical seal provides excellent airtightness even under extreme pressure, while the anchor-type stirring blade ensures uniform mixing of high-viscosity reactants. CE and ASME certifications ensure compliance with global industrial safety standards, and the steam sterilizable design supports cleanroom-compatible use.

This reactor has a rated capacity of 50 to 100 liters, with a main tank made of 316L stainless steel with a wall thickness of 6mm. It can withstand a maximum working pressure of 10 MPa and temperatures from room temperature to 350℃. The anchor-type mechanical stirring system has a speed range of 0 to 800 rpm, powered by a 1.5kW high-torque motor. It is equipped with a pressure relief valve, temperature sensor, and pressure gauge as standard accessories, with 1/2" NPT process interfaces. The overall dimension is 120*80*150 cm, and it weighs 350 kg when fully assembled.

This reactor is perfect for large-scale pharmaceutical pilot production of APIs, polymer synthesis for advanced materials, high-pressure hydrogenation reactions in chemical labs, and petrochemical catalyst testing. It is suitable for industries including chemical manufacturing, materials science, and pharmaceutical R&D. Typical use cases include pilot-scale synthesis of battery electrode materials, high-pressure catalytic reactions, and large-scale sample preparation for industrial testing.
