At the same time, it is equipped with an Ethernet interface that can be connected to the factory MES system to realize real-time upload of production data and remote management and control, solving the industry pain points of traditional industrial temperature control equipment such as poor adaptability and difficult data traceability.
The overall size of the machine is 1200mm×850mm×1600mm, with a net weight of 220kg. The circulating pipeline interface is G2 inch, the medium storage volume is 50L, the maximum working pressure is 0.5MPa, and the operating noise is ≤65dB. It uses environmentally friendly R507 refrigerant, passes the ISO9001 quality system certification, and supports customized pipeline interfaces and medium adaptation solutions.
It is applicable to temperature control of polymerization reactions in the chemical industry, high-temperature sintering/low-temperature curing in new material pilot tests, synthesis of intermediates in the pharmaceutical industry, and integrated sterilization and cooling processes in food processing. It can be adapted to 50L~500L reaction kettles, kneaders, distillation towers and other industrial pilot equipment, meeting the precise temperature control needs of small and medium-batch production.
