The core advantages of this reactor lie in its dual photothermal heating system, which can simultaneously provide photochemical excitation and temperature control for experiments, making it ideal for photocatalysis related research. The magnetic coupling stirring eliminates the risk of mechanical seal leakage, reduces equipment maintenance frequency, and ensures the purity of reaction samples. The manual lifting design allows users to adjust the height of the reactor body quickly, meeting the needs of different experimental operation postures. The touch screen control system supports precise setting and real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure and stirring speed, greatly improving the accuracy of experimental data.

The reactor has a rated volume of 10 liters, with a maximum working pressure of 20 bar and an operating temperature range from room temperature to 350°C. The magnetic stirring speed ranges from 0 to 1500 rpm, and the manual lifting stroke is 150 mm. The inner tank is made of 316L stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm, equipped with 3 international standard interfaces (G1/4, G1/2 and G3/8) for connecting pipelines and sampling devices. The overall dimensions are 600*450*800 mm, powered by AC220V 50/60Hz, and it meets CE safety certification standards.

This reactor is mainly suitable for universities, research institutes and enterprise R&D centers, covering scenarios such as photocatalytic organic synthesis, high-pressure inorganic material preparation, pharmaceutical intermediate synthesis and polymer material modification. Typical application cases include daily catalyst performance testing, high-temperature high-pressure hydrothermal reaction experiments, and photoelectric material synthesis research, providing stable and reliable reaction equipment for scientific researchers to complete high-quality experimental projects.
