This explosion-proof reactor has a rated capacity of 20 to 50 liters, with a main tank made of 316L stainless steel with 5mm wall thickness. It can withstand a maximum working pressure of 5 MPa and temperatures from room temperature to 300℃. The overhead mechanical stirring system has a speed range of 0 to 1000 rpm, powered by a 750W explosion-proof motor certified for hazardous environments. It is equipped with an explosion-proof relief vent, pressure gauge, temperature sensor, and emergency stop button as standard accessories, with 1/2" NPT process interfaces. The overall dimension is 100*70*130 cm, and it weighs 220 kg when fully assembled.
