Different from traditional split temperature control equipment, the integrated machine integrates three modules of refrigeration, heating and circulation, saving laboratory space. At the same time, it uses food-grade stainless steel 304 material to build the shell and pipeline, adapting to a variety of heat transfer media. It adapts to conventional experimental scenarios of university materials science, chemistry and other disciplines, solving the industry pain points of split equipment such as cumbersome pipelines and high maintenance costs.
The overall size of the machine is 550mm×650mm×1100mm, with a net weight of 85kg. The circulating pipeline interface is G1/2 inch, and the power supply is compatible with AC220V 50/60Hz. The medium storage volume is 15L, the maximum working pressure is 0.3MPa, the operating noise is ≤55dB, and it supports remote control to link experimental equipment through the RS485 interface. It uses environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant and meets the EU CE safety certification standards.
It is mainly applicable to film shrinkage testing in university material laboratories, temperature control of chemical synthesis reactions, supporting low-temperature storage of biological samples, stability testing of raw materials in the pharmaceutical industry, etc. It can be adapted to common experimental equipment such as rotary evaporators, vacuum drying ovens and reaction kettles, meeting the precise temperature control needs of small batches of samples.
