The core innovation of this reactor is its continuous flow design, which eliminates the batch-to-batch variation common in traditional stirred tank reactors. The PFA-lined stainless steel body ensures compatibility with strong corrosive reagents while preventing metal contamination. The touch-screen PLC control system allows for precise setting of flow rate, temperature, and pressure, with real-time data logging for experimental documentation. Built-in safety protections including overheat, overpressure, and overflow alarms protect operators and prevent experimental failures. Its compact bench-top footprint saves valuable lab space compared to large-scale continuous flow systems.

This micro continuous flow reactor has a flow rate range of 10 to 500 mL per minute, supporting both micro-scale and small-scale continuous synthesis. The main flow channel is lined with PFA over a 304 stainless steel outer shell, with a maximum working pressure of 2 MPa and temperature range of room temperature to 250℃. The touch-screen PLC interface allows for parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and flow rate, with built-in data storage for up to 10,000 data points. It comes with standard 1/4" flare fittings for easy connection to external pumps and collection vessels, and the total power consumption is 800W.

This reactor is ideal for continuous flow organic synthesis, pharmaceutical intermediate production, green chemistry research, and specialty chemical manufacturing. It is suitable for reactions that require precise control of residence time, such as nitration, oxidation, and photochemical reactions. Typical use cases include lab-scale production of pharmaceutical intermediates, continuous synthesis of battery materials, and academic research on continuous flow chemistry techniques.
