The built-in explosion-proof breathing valve balances the internal and external pressure of the cavity while blocking flammable and explosive gas from overflowing. The high borosilicate 3.3 glass has high light transmittance, enabling real-time observation of the status of high-risk reactions. The explosion-proof stirring motor complies with explosion-proof standards, avoiding high-temperature sparks generated during operation. The remote control function reduces the contact time between operators and high-risk materials.
The overall dimensions are 800mm×600mm×1500mm, with a total weight of 180kg. The inner diameter of the reactor cavity is 500mm, and the height is 900mm. The jacket water flow rate is 12L/min, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The stirring shaft is made of 304 stainless steel coated with PTFE, suitable for flammable and explosive reagents. The explosion-proof control system adopts intrinsic safety design, and all interfaces have passed explosion-proof testing and certification.
