The PLC touch screen can preset reaction procedures to realize automatic heating, heat preservation and cooling processes, reducing manual operation errors. The optional condensing reflux device adapts to solvent recovery needs, reducing production costs and environmental pollution.
The overall dimensions are 1200mm×800mm×1800mm, with a total weight of 280kg. The inner diameter of the reactor cavity is 800mm, and the height is 1200mm. The jacket water flow rate is 20L/min, and the working pressure is 0.2MPa. The stirring paddle shaft length is 1100mm, with a maximum stirring torque of 12N·m. The matched condensing tube area is 0.5㎡, with a reflux efficiency of ≥95%. The power interface complies with CE and ISO9001 certification standards.
