The core advantage of this 20L cryogenic vacuum glass reactor is that it can realize an ultra-low temperature reaction environment. It can stably maintain a temperature range of -80℃ to 150℃ with an external cryogenic circulator. It adopts magnetic drive sealing technology, which solvent leakage from the stirring shaft, and is suitable for reaction operations of flammable, explosive or toxic solvents. The vacuum system can reach a high negative pressure of -0.099MPa, supporting vacuum distillation, concentration and other operations. It is equipped with a dual temperature monitoring device, with built-in temperature sensor and external circulator linkage control to ensure accurate and stable temperature. The fuselage adopts a modular design, which can be quickly assembled and disassembled, easy to clean and maintain, and meets the use standards of GMP workshops.
Total Dimension: 900mm × 650mm × 1350mm; Net Weight: 180kg; Glass Liner Diameter: 400mm; Stirring Shaft Length: 850mm; Ground Glass Mouths: 4pcs (50#, 34#, 24#, 14#); Heating Jacket Power: 1500W; Cooling Interface: G1/2 thread; Vacuum Connection: G1/2 thread; Power Supply: 220V 50Hz; External Circulator Interface: DN25.
It is suitable for cryogenic esterification and Grignard reaction in organic synthesis, protein stabilization treatment and vaccine pretreatment in biopharmaceuticals, vacuum concentration and low-temperature extraction in fine chemicals, etc. It can also be used for cryogenic reaction research in scientific research institutions and cryogenic sample preparation experiments of biological pharmaceutical enterprises. It adapts to complex experimental systems that require ultra-low temperature and high vacuum, meeting the needs of high-end R&D projects.
