This 50L double-layer glass reactor uses 5mm thick high-borosilicate 3.3 glass to adapt to larger-scale reaction needs and meet more stringent industrial test standards. It is equipped with a 750W high-power permanent magnet stirring motor, which can stir high-viscosity reactants (up to 10,000mPa·s). The PLC touch screen control system supports custom reaction procedures, can store multiple sets of experimental parameters, and realize one-click start of repeated experiments. The double-layer jacket design can accurately control the heating and cooling rates, with a temperature error controlled within ±0.5℃. Optional explosion-proof certification kits are available for pilot reactions of flammable and explosive materials, and safety devices such as dry-burning protection and over-temperature alarm are also equipped to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
