This equipment uses 12mm thick high borosilicate glass with anti-corrosion coating, which can adapt to long-term production operations of strong acid and alkali materials. The stainless steel 304 support frame improves the overall stability of the equipment, with a load capacity of up to 300kg. The fully wrapped jacket structure realizes uniform heat exchange, and it can quickly realize temperature adjustment from -30℃ to 180℃ with an external industrial constant temperature tank, meeting the temperature control requirements of large-scale reactions. The magnetic double mechanical seal structure solves the leakage problem of traditional seals, and can realize negative and positive pressure reaction environments. The industrial-grade PLC touch screen control system supports multi-group experimental parameter storage, remote monitoring and data export, and can realize unattended batch production operations. It is also equipped with four safety protection devices of over-temperature, overload, over-pressure and material cut-off to ensure the safety of industrial production.
The overall size is 2800mm×1800mm×3200mm, the net weight of the main unit is 1200kg, the inner diameter of the glass container is 1200mm, and the total height is 2200mm. The stirring paddle is made of Hastelloy alloy, and it is equipped with standard 40/35 ground mouth interfaces, which can be matched with external nitrogen protection and automatic feeding devices. The power input is AC380V 50Hz, and it is equipped with an industrial-grade stirring motor and a special hydraulic lifting device, which is convenient for material discharge and equipment cleaning. The operating noise of the equipment is less than 70dB.
It is mainly applicable to small-batch intermediate production in the fine chemical industry, polymerization reactions in the coating and resin industry, large-scale medium preparation in the biopharmaceutical industry, and extraction and synthesis of food additives. It can complete batch reactions with a single volume of 80-100 liters, replacing the production bottleneck of small laboratory equipment, and helping enterprises quickly transition from R&D to small-scale mass production.
