It supports nano-scale size inspection, compatible with mainstream industrial reverse engineering software, and can be directly used for product复刻, mold correction, and medica customization. It is equipped with professional calibration tools and training support to lower the professional operation threshold.
The maximum scanning resolution can reach 0.01mm, supporting scanning of workpieces from 10mm to 1m in size. The body dimensions are 450mm*350mm*300mm, supporting AC mains and external portable lithium battery power supply, and supports Thunderbolt 4 high-speed data transmission with a transmission speed of up to 40Gbps. The IP54 protection grade can cope with mild dust and splashing, supports automatic focusing of the scanning lens, adapting to workpiece surfaces of different thickness and reflectivity, and supports output of high-precision 3D models and size inspection reports, which can be directly used for quality control and reverse modeling of precision parts.
It is suitable for scenarios such as aerospace precision parts reverse modeling, medical implant customization, high-end mold manufacturing and quality inspection, and high-end watch parts复刻.
